Rewards Terms & Conditions

The sipp Rewards Program (the "Program") is brought to you by The Perfect Cellar Ltd., trading as sipp ("sipp" or "we"). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions and the general Terms & conditions and Privacy policy which are incorporated herein (collectively, the "Program Terms"). The benefits and rewards are provided in connection with use of the sipp website.


In order to participate as a Program Member (defined below) in the Program you must reside in the United Kingdom, and be 18 years of age or older with a sipp account in good standing. You may only have one Program account ("Program Account") and may not share memberships or have multiple memberships. Memberships cannot be merged or transferred. During the initial phases of the Program, sipp may make the Program available on a rolling or staggered basis such that not all individuals will become eligible for the Program at the same time. By participating in this Program you are agreeing to these Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, you are not eligible to not participate in the Program.

How to Earn Points

The Program includes two types of points. Redeemable Points ("Redeemable Points") are redeemable at certain thresholds for sipp rewards or other potential rewards. Level Qualifying Points ("Level Qualifying Points") determine what benefit Level a Program Member belongs in. (Redeemable Points and Level Qualifying Points, collectively "Points") Points have no cash value. Points are earned at the time an eligible action or transaction is processed by sipp against your payment method for the transaction. Currently, Redeemable Points and Level Qualifying Points are earned concurrently, however, in the future there may be some actions or other types of transactions that only accrue one type of Point.

Points are earned in total order value (subtotal including VAT and shipping costs). Pounds may not be earned on value of discount codes used. Other types of order may also be ineligible.

Points may be revoked if an order, for which Points were earned, is refunded. Points may be revoked where sipp believes in its discretion that Points were earned through or in connection with any fraud, abuse of the platform, or violation of sipp’s Terms & conditions

Product Reviews

Product reviews must be of products you have previously ordered using your account or received as part of your sippBOX subscription. Product reviews where you have not purchased the product are ineligible for sipp reward points scheme. 

How To Redeem Redeemable Points

When a minimum of 500 Redeemable Points have been accrued by a Program Member, those 500 Redeemable Points will become convertible to £5 in sipp rewards which may be applied to future eligible orders. Redemption may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as restrictions on use. Once converted to sipp rewards, Redeemable Points cannot be returned to your Program Account. The number of Redeemable Points required to redeem sipp rewards may be modified by sipp at any time. sipp rewards redeemed from Points through the Program will not expire.

Program Membership Levels and Windows

All participants in the Program are "Program Members." A sipp user will be signed up for the Program when creating an account with sipp. By signing up, a sipp user becomes a Program Member. The Program offers three membership Levels based upon the number of Level Qualifying Points earned by a Program Member: Bronze, Silver and Gold ("Membership Levels"). Membership Levels correspond with different Program Membership Benefits. Each successive Level includes its own benefits as well as the benefits of the preceding Membership Levels.

Each Program Member may advance to the next Membership Level by accruing a minimum number of Points, described below, during a calendar year (the "Earnings Window"). The Earnings Window for a given Program Member begins on the day that the individual becomes a Program Member. Once a new Membership Level is unlocked, a Program Member stays in that Membership Level for the remaining period of the calendar year plus the next calendar year (the "Benefits Window") following the end of the Earnings Window. Each calendar year Benefits Window also functions as the Earnings Window for the next calendar year, such that a calendar year after an individual becomes Program Member, the individual will always be in both an Earnings Window and Benefits Window simultaneously. Level Qualifying Points expire and reset to zero at the end of every calendar year Earnings Window.

Program Membership Benefits

Benefits for Program Members are privileges granted to Program Members differentiated by Program Level ("Program Benefits"). Program Benefits are granted at the discretion of sipp, may change at any time, are not redeemable for Points and have no cash value.

How To View Points Balances

Program Members can view their current Points balances, rewards, and benefits within the sipp rewards, at the bottom corner of the screen. If you think your Points balance is incorrect, you must report your issue before the end of the Earnings Window in which the Points were supposed to have been earned, contact sipp as noted in the Contact Us section below. If sipp agrees that a correction is needed, it may take up to four weeks. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award Points. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your Points are credited to your Program Account.

Point Expiration

Redeemable Points are non-transferrable and expire (if not converted to sipp rewards) in daily batches on a rolling 12 month basis, such that, for example, all Redeemable Points earned on the 1st of January of 2019 will expire on 2nd January, 2020 if not converted to sipp rewards. Level Qualifying Points are non-transferrable and expire at the end of each calendar year Earnings Window (defined above).

Account Termination

Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to Program Members, and as such can be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated either by account deletion or cancellation of sippBOX membership, all Points associated with your Program Membership and any membership benefits will be forfeited immediately upon termination. If your Program membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Points and membership benefits associated with your Program Membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program.

Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications which: a) govern how Points are earned on and after the date of change; or b) change the value of rewards. No Points will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all members immediately.

Transfer of Rights

sipp’s rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by sipp to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.

Interpretation of Program Terms

All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at sipp's sole discretion and sipp's decisions will be final.


The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program or its features. sipp is not responsible for unauthorized use of Points. If your sipp account is closed, you will lose all Points. sipp may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before it will allow use of your Points. sipp may delay your access to the Points until you comply with this information request. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We, our information providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. All benefits and rewards made available under the Program, if any, are provided by sipp and do not modify the contractual relationships among or between Program Members, the individuals and entities that use sipp’s technology to offer goods or services, and sipp or any sipp affiliates, except as expressly set forth herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
