Returns & refunds
Not happy with your wine? We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you think there is a flaw in your wine; or something is wrong with the bottle or if you just didn't enjoy it, get in touch at email@example.com and we’ll give you credit for a new bottle of your choice.
We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
If a bottle is broken on delivery we will also replace or refund it but we do require photographic evidence of the breakage. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Should we be unable to fulfill any part, or all of an order, sipp will suggest comparable substitutions. You are free to refuse these suggestions and are eligible for a full refund of relevant parts of the order.
If you choose to cancel your contract of sale with sipp you may do so within five working days of receipt of the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched they must be returned to us unopened and undamaged.
