Rosé wine is made from red grapes that are given the gentlest of squishing – not by mixing white and red wine. Good rosé is more like the gentler cousin of a red wine than a brassy cousin of white.
Good, dry rosé is fantastic with food. We love Provencal Rosé with grilled monkfish.
