The French were the first to realise that wine can represent a nation, and they are probably still the best at it. French wine is woven into this beautiful country’s patrimony, history, food and culture. France is the home of some of the most famous, collectable and expensive, wines in the world. But she is also the source of what we like to think of as everyday beauty: delicious, great value, wines of regional France whose names are unfamiliar to many British wine lovers, but beloved by our French counterparts. These wines are at the heart of Perfect Cellar, and we are adding fantastic new French wines weekly. We are strongest in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Loire, Champagne and Languedoc Roussillon, but the range is growing weekly.
